ESV follows a clear vision: always invest upfront. This may initially appear more costly than other options on the market, but with a transparent and well considered investment, you avoid unexpected costs and challenges—such as additional work—later on.

FAT/SAT – On Site Inspection

Through a FAT and/or SAT, we identify any shortcomings before the machine is put into operation. It is important to know that once the machine or installation is placed at your location and used, you are responsible under the Working Conditions Decree. And trying to recover costs for defects afterward often leads to significantly worse outcomes.

“Always invest upfront.” — ESV

You may be thinking: “But we bought our machine with CE. That means it’s safe, right?”

Most machines fall under self certification, and the knowledge level of the supplying manufacturer is not always sufficient.

Even if a signed declaration is provided, this does not automatically mean that the machine or installation meets the applicable Machinery Regulation and directives. Putting it into use becomes your responsibility.

How Do We Handle This?

During a FAT and/or SAT, our consultants verify whether your investment—large or small—complies with the applicable European regulations. We focus on machine safety, not functionality.

ESV prepares a report documenting the identified shortcomings. The manufacturer or supplier is then legally obliged to correct these shortcomings at no additional cost.

By now it should be clear: with our pragmatic working method, we prepare high quality, practical documents, including unmistakable action points. This helps you prevent delays and high costs later on.
